Kevin Turcios 0bef49265a ci: pin claude-code-action to v1.0.89 (fix Bedrock auth) (#2587) ... ## Summary - Pin `anthropics/claude-code-action` from `@v1` to `@v1.0.89` in both `claude.yml` and `duplicate-code-detector.yml` ## Why v1.0.90 (released Apr 8) broke Bedrock OIDC auth. Every Claude Code and Duplicate Code Detector run has been failing with: ``` 403 Authorization header requires 'Credential' parameter.
